Only two things we'll regret on deathbed - that we are a little loved and little traveled. - Mark Twain
This is one of my favorite quotes. I love traveling myself and I understand how important it is to find a good guide who will not only share his/her knowledge with you but will also make you feel comfortable - like at home, like in a family.
St Petersburg is a memorable and magnificent city and it deserves a visit anyway, but visiting it “with a friend” makes it even more special!
I never like tours stuffed with far too many boring details passing in through the one ear and out through the other. So I always try to make my stories easy to understand, with less dates and boring facts and more mysterious legends! The city is full of them by the way.
I have always been interested in history, art, architecture! So, I think guiding in St. Pete (which is my native city) is truly a job for me!
Besides, being a typical Russian girl, I am a chatterbox, so I really hope you won’t be bored!
"We took this tour one day after we arrived we first visited lots of the attractions by ourselves. So when we met Maria the following day we had the opportunity to see and hear about others things we wouldn't ordinarily have visited . She made the city come alive with her knowledge of the history and her pleasing manner. It was a long walk but worth every second"
